Lashes to suit your eye shape!

While it’s common knowledge that eyebrows should be perfected to suit your face shape, we tend to ignore the importance lashes have on our eye shape.

Yes, ladies, eyelashes can significantly enhance your desired eye shape and curb any flaws so be very careful when applying mascara or going in for eyelash extensions.

If you’re still stumped on what we mean, let us guide you through some of the options you could get to suit your eye shape.

1. Almond Eyes

This eye shape is truly God gifted. For all the lovely ladies with almond eyes, thank your genetics for having blessed you with what is commonly known as the ‘ideal’ eye shape.
What to do:
You have the license to go in for any and all lash types! Get those fly high lashes or sultry long ones and you’ll do great.

2. Hooded Eyes

If you have hooded eyes, chances are you have minimal or no mobile lid.
What to do:
Opt for a lash that is most voluminous at the center to create the effect of depth in the eye. If you’re applying mascara, keep your coat thickest at the center to make the eye appear bigger and more open than it really is.

3. Round Eyes

For all the doe eyed beauties, you’re probably looking to elongate your eye shape to curb the round effect.
What to do:
Choose lashes that are longest at the end. This will create the illusion of a stretched out eye. When applying mascara, avoid coating too heavily at the center. Instead, wing your lashes like you wing that liner.

4. Deep set Eyes

These eyes usually have a strong, overpowering brow bone.
What to do:
In order to attract attention to your lashes and to the rest of your eye, wear dramatic and fuller lashes to bring your eye forward. When applying mascara, go all in otherwise your brow bone will outweigh your eye.
